Method


I am a compassionate family and behavioral therapist who uses evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy and mindfulness-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Extensive research has repeatedly demonstrated the effectiveness of “evidence-based” and “mindful” approaches.

The objective is to help you gain more control of  your life. Learn to:

  • Direct your life in accordance with the values you cherish.
  • Run your life, rather than let life run you.
  • Recognize that you are the only one who controls you!

My task is to meet you where you are, and, if you agree, teach you empowerment skills.
